Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to Consult Marketing Group ("CMG", "we", "us"), you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from us related to our marketing services, including appointment confirmations, strategy call reminders, account servicing, customer care, follow-ups regarding inquiries you submit, and occasional promotional offers about our services.

Consent to Receive Messages

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website forms, chat widget, or by texting us directly. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan. CMG does not charge for messages, but standard carrier fees may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send any additional text messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major and minor carriers.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting our services (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted. All other categories — including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
